in the US even for non-perscription contacts you need an Rx from an eyedoctor. You will have to make a special appointment to be fitted for contacts to get the correct measurements for them.
I found that www.visiondirect.com has the best selection of contacts (colors and sizes and such) around.

There are a few optical brands that offer various color of contact lences. You can try Johnson, Focus Daily, etc. Check out at your local optical shop.

oh course, there are contacts that are clear, without prescriptions, and they are available even at the local eye doctor shop, try Pearl Vision or 1 hour glasses
