Ease up on the eyeliner on the bottom and go dark brown with blond highlights for your hair. Try to go easy on the eyes, they very pretty and you are making them POP a lil too much. Otherwise, yes.

Um... you have lips like mary-kate olsen (if that means anything to you)
And I think you probably don't always look exactly the way you do in that picture. Whenever someone takes a picture of themselves, they usually doll themselves up and pose every which way.. until they think it's perfect.
But I don't think you should care what other people think about you. How do you feel about yourself? I think that you think you're pretty, otherwise you wouldn't have taken the picture of yourself like that.

dont like the hair; you look kind of fat; your EYES are pretty, the black markings around them are not; you might want to consider a nose job.
overall I'd say you are just another average girl.. There is nothing outstandingly pretty about you.

im going to be completely honest ok, you look really pretty to me but your 15 im 20 so thats as far as that goes but anyways looks to me like you might wear lil bit more makeup than you need.but all in all you are beautiful just the way you are
