that wont rub off... goes on creamy... n stAYS on??? im tired of buying expensive eyeliner n it allways smudges in like a couple minutes!!! i dont care if its pencil or w/e!!

I bought a brown pair a couple months ago but hardly wear them because they really are too eye-catching for me most of the time, but they're def comfy! i like them better as cut-offs, but for some reason there are many people who seem to think wearing them is a so-called 'fashion-crime', such as the ladies of Go Fug Yourself, whose opinions on terrible outfits I mostly agree with.

My little sister is 12 (going to be 13 in September, 8th grade this year) and she is wearing makeup. Coverup, light grey eyeshadow (she has beautiful blue eyes, I'm so jealous ;o) and mascara. No eyeliner. Is that too much for an 8th grader? And do you think that she should wear a different shade of eyeshadow?

for someone that puts makeup on every day you'd think I'd know more about the stuff, but I don't. so here's my question: If I put a little eyeliner on under my eye and leave it throughout the day, after several hours it smudges without having been touched and makes me look like I have dark circles starting to form under my eyes. I normally rub foundation over the lower smudged part after a while, but it always smudges, without fail. Is it the product I'm using (Maybelline, not a pencil but the plastic push-up kind), or does it really happen to everyone?

I recently purchased gorgeous ivory colored dress shoes in a satiny fabric. A friend's dog got to one of them. The majority of damage is to the back of one heel. If I had matching fabric I could possibly take off ALL the fabric from that section and re-glue it. A shoe repair person said if it was leather he could repair it, but otherwise nobody can repair it. Any suggestions?
