...and nobody has anything to say about white people who are desperate for a tan...most of them turning lobster red and hideous...

Good Question........What's more ridiculous is when a White person tries to act like a hip hop Black person. Makes me want to walk up and slap um up side the head. I really wanna know what the purpose of the neck thing is.

While there are many different opinions on this, I know that there is a mojority of people who look down at people who try to be black. The big deal is not the part where someone picks up some lines from other cultures but when they have different characteristics and different personalities because of this. Black people trying to be white is because white is more appealing to them. It is not a question of just looks but about culture when it comes to white people trying to be black.

We do say something. We say they are stupid. And the ones that claim to hate black people but still try to act like them are hypocrites, too. But those are mainly wanna-bees that try to adopt mannerisms of "blacks" but seldom try to get a tan.
I have never wanted a tan. If anything, I try to bleach my skin whiter. Nor have I ever said anything about black people trying to be white. Just because they may bleach their hair, it does not mean that they are trying to be white anymore than white people that tan are not trying to be black. If they were trying to be black they would get afros, too.

Aren't they all proud of their heritage as they claim?
White people tan to look nicer (though they do fail at times) but not to be black at all!

People do say something.... I know I do if I see a leather looking person. Thats just sick! I've heard of ppl bleaching their skin and I think thats bad too.
