My sister and I will b babysitting my sister at the hilton hotel ,the night i arive there will b a banquet and i am completly cluless of hat to where to the banquette as well as for the rest of the trip , i want to look cutsie and instyle but i dont really know citystyle i guess bc i livve in a country town in kansas. i plan on walking around the hotel while watching my sister so i want to look presentabl. but i have been said to look a bit older than i am ? so i am searching for answers lol

For the banquet, wear what you would to a nice dinner out. Likely a dress. Depending how old you are you may not want to try the "little black dress." But if you are younger (which you sound like) a nice summer dress should be perfectly acceptable.
As for the hotel and around town, we are so used to tourists that you just wanting to look presentable should save you from standing out too much.
If you are coming in the summer, remember it is likely to be hot and humid, often uncomfortable.

First it would help to know if you are a guy or a girl, if you are a guy, then you sound really gay. If you are a girl, just a nice dress and maybe a sweater off the shoulders. Wearing your hair up always makes for a good sophisticated look.

Bring stuff that's cool, and comfy. Tank tops, shorts, flip flops. It gets HOT in D.C.
As far as a banquet, I'm sure a nice little black dress will look great!
