i know everyone has been saying to get her a shampoo, and i am going to say it too. i have been on a swim team for over 7 years. believe me swimmer shampoo works. i am not blond but i have blond swimmer hair and it works for them. i use it my self because it help my hair not be so dried out. try loreal kids swimmer shampoo or some other brand that you can get @ Wal-Mart. if that doesnt work ask a stylist @ a salon. they can probably help you. alway take a shower after you swim; it helps. also, try to wet her hair before her lesson. having her hair wet before she gets in the pool water, will allow less chlorine to get in her hair.

hope this helps!!

This is caused by the chlorine. You can use a clarifying shampoo to help remove the green tint. If you rinse her hair with tap water prior to entering the water (use the shower at the pool), this will help prevent the hair shaft from absorbing as much chlorinated water as it will already be saturated. Also, rinse her hair immediately after swimming, too.

If your frequently swim in pools or and other water chlorine and copper can make your hair green or brassy . your best defense is before she goes swimming coat her hair with one to two tablespoons of conditioner and leave in to form a shield. the one that works the best is Pantene Pro-V Expressions Conditioner.
to gently remove the green from the hair mix 2 tablespoons baking soda with one cup warm water. apply to her hair and leave in for about 3 minutes then rinse. this should help solve your daughters problem!

Common with blondes. I used to be on my HS swim team. They have special shampoos to get chlorine out of hair. This should help a lot. Good luck.

Too much Chlorine. Make sure that she wears a cap. As far as curing the problem, I suggest using clarifying shampoos like Neutrogena's.

She does not favor to placed her complete head interior the pool to study a thanks to swim - she will swim on her back or do breaststroke. She gained't grow to be an concepts-blowing swimmer that way, yet a minimal of she will have the ability to be secure. I hate putting my head underwater too and not in any respect did get the dangle of freestyle. yet i'm a splendidly adequate swimmer so a procedures as not drowning is going :)

They have some type of shampoo where it prevents the hair from getting damage, or somethign like that. But you could always have her wear one of those swimming caps they use on swim teams.
