that wont rub off... goes on creamy... n stAYS on??? im tired of buying expensive eyeliner n it allways smudges in like a couple minutes!!! i dont care if its pencil or w/e!!

I do NYC. It goes on really good. All eyelinger smuges, thats why you line it with eyeshadow. Take for example: Black eye liner, you use dark brown, or charcoal. You see then it wont smudge AND it will give you that hot shadowy eye look. Hey if you have any more questions just e-mail me. Glad to help

I use Maybelline New York waterproof liquid eyeliner...comes in black, brown, charcoal...it has a felt tip point, so it goes on smoothly and precisely, and it is waterproof so it wont smudge or budge alll day... just make sure you get the one in a tapered bottle, because the other one has a brush for application and is difficult to use.... and it only costs around 5 bux... not bad, ill never use a different eyeliner again

I am an expert in eyeliner... :) I use two types of eyeliner.. One for the top of my eyes which is liquid from Loreal... Its gold and it comes in black, brown and charcoal.... It works wonders.. It doesn't smudge at all... And for the bottom of my eyes I use Prestige, its a pencil and its waterproof... GIrl it doesn't smudge at all and its about $6... I uses to spend all this money on eyeliner but for what? for it to rub off... Try the ones I told you.. Guaranteed to work... Good luck

I use L'Oreal liquid eyeliner and love it.
If you're looking for a creamy pencil, check out Revlon's thick crayon eyeliners. They're great for making a smokey eye look and last several hours without fading or flaking. Lancome also used to have them, but am not sure if they still make them.

Almay's liquid liner is very good & stays put. MAC Powerpoint eyeliner has a great texture, goes on easily but doesn't smear, and comes in a great range of colors.

i know how u feel its happened to me a bite buy LOVE MY EYES it only a DOLLAR and it works great i use it and it dosent smudge or rub off and its water prof so if you go swimming it stays on and at night all u do is take a rag and face wash and it comes right off it the best i found so far and it really DOES WORK try it and let me know what u think

Arbonne , it works great and u can wear it to bed or cry and it wont make u look like u just got in a fight lol it has some kind of bitanicles that make ur eyelashes grow also go to arbonne.com and check it out

I have found that I like to put on the cake eyeliner with water and a brush. It seems to go on better and does not peel like the tube kind

Shu Uemura has a dry eyeliner pencil , doesn't smudge or melt on you. Give it a try.
