I have these tiny little black dots on my nose, that are really not the visible but i notice them. are they black heads. and what are ways to remove them. i heard a warm towel can 'pop' them out, but i dont know. i also saw a commercial for clearsil and i might try that. please help.

Should teenage girls 11- 19 be caution about what they eat and gaining or losing weight?

If so why, because my bestfriend is over 150 pounds and shes only 14. She says she doesn't care but secretly shes been searching for a way to lose weight. Can you also tell me the best ways for losing weight ?

Is it true that everyone's hair has a stop point?

To elaborate, I realize hair never stops growing, but I've heard that everyone has a set length and when your hair gets there, breakage and growth rates are the same, therefore you hair doesn't get any longer??

Hair Striaghtening Tips?

Hey everyone...my mom broke down and let me buy a straightener. I can Straighten my hair in like 30 minutes...this was on my first try... is this good? Also, are there any tips that would make straightening it easier (certain ways to start, which way to go, preperatiosn, etc).

~~~~My face is dry and flaky. Does anyone have any tips/suggestions?

Like when I put makeup on, it looks bad because my face is flaky. I use a moisturizer, and wash my face twice a day with a good cleanser. And it is still flaky! Help!
