Definately character and personality. When you are confident about yourself it shows, and if you have a great attitude then that's what makes you cute. I know plenty of good looking people on the outside, but there attitudes and personalities make them so ugly to me.

Being honest, I must admit the physical feature which I look for first is a guy being taller than I am (I'm 5' 11", finding a guy taller than I am is not always easy).....really, other than that, I look for character and personality....in a relationship, people must like what is on the inside of the other person more than what is on the outside....

i believe that the looks of a guy Will get our attention, but the character and personality, of the guy is important in the long run.

I guess it depends on how shallow the female is!! a guy may be gorgeous but have stinking manners and personality, which makes him ugly after getting to know him. But, a guy who is funny with a great personality can become the best looking guy ever!!

It depends on what kind of girl you ask. Just like some guys prefer trophies to companions, some girls prefer hot or rich guys to someone they can have goon conversation with, or who makes them laugh. Most of us however feel that even if you aren't all that attracted to a man at first, he can become gorgeous over time if he has a great personality.
