Everyone needs to be careful about what they eat...for health reasons, of course. Extra weight does awful things to the body. Avoiding sugar and fatty foods and exercising does wonders. Also, "eat when you're hungry and STOP when you're full" sounds like a simple philosophy but a lot of ppl dont follow it.

Nevermind. i'm not the following to convenience you, i'm the following to provide you an answer. you merely had anorexia a three hundred and sixty 5 days in the past. The healthcare professional reported which could assist you benefit some weight, appropriate? of direction you'd be somewhat fatter than maximum of your friends. and also you workout, appropriate? that is healthful. yet attempt to devour 5-6 small foodstuff an afternoon (each and each and every small meal 2 hundred-three hundred energy), because interestingly even as your body would not get foodstuff for more effective than 4 hours, your metabolism slows down. also, drink a large number of water (6-8 cups an afternoon) and reduce out the chips. stick with that foodstuff regimen, with somewhat extra workout (i do not even comprehend the area of a events oval). i do not run up and down stairs, yet I jog about 3-4 miles an afternoon and elevate weights for extra or less 15 minutes. Drink lots of milk. Seen the commercial on 3 dairy a day helps you slim up? It's true. Also tell her to watch the bread and pasta intake. Lots of carbs make you gain weight. Less junk food and soda, more balanced meals. Veggies and fruits for a snack. Also she is only 14. If she starts eating better and getting more exercise (taking walks with a dog everyday or swimming) then she will slim up as she gets older. Some kids have baby fat, and it will go away if you do the right things.

No matter how much a girl weighs, a female should always take food in consideration. The best way to loose weight is to watch what you eat and to workout daily. Maybe your friend can workout at her current high school if they have a workout camp. As a friend, you should not force loosing weight upon her, but you can encourage her and work out with her. Don't make her feel inferior, just be a friend!!!

Yes, they should be cautioned, but only if they are creeping toward where their weight can cause health problems. If your friend is tall, she might be just fine carrying that weight. It might be best for her to try to maintain her weight rather than lose it. If she has an active, healthy lifestyle and generally has a healthy diet, and her parents do not have weight problems, or if she is an athlete or works out a lot, it could partially be because muscle weighs more than fat. If she is concerned, she needs to talk to her parents and ask them to take her to the doctor and get a recommendation to a nutritionist or wellness specialist. They are very good at their jobs and they are supportive and assist you through these kinds of situations. It is very important that your friend feel supported in her decisions and not feel threatened or put down because of her weight. Really-encourage her to talk with her parents or a trusted adult.
