Tell me what you think if it.

Ok pros, let me have it. I guess what I'm asking is for you to constructively critique this photo.

I am thinking of getting into photography myself, and was wondering if there was any good sites that are easy to understand, or if anyone here could give some advice on taking pictures. Thank-you for your time!

My website is getting kinda old and needs a new look. But, aside from that, I'm interested in your thoughts for my wedding photography. Yes, I know most of you already don't like the shot of the bride and goom at the end of the wharf because they are so hard to see. But aside from that, what do you think. As I said, be brutal. Don't be scared to offend me. Later on (when I can be bothered), I'll be updating the site with my new images and then I will post this question again to see what kind of feedback I will gain from them. My website is http://www.straightshots.co.nz

I've just started dabbling in photography and so far I'm really enjoying it. I don't know much about f stops, exposure, focal lengths, and filters but I'd like to learn more. Are there any good books that cover these topics for beginners? I would also like a book that gives recommendation on what filters and lenses to buy and why. I'm using a digital rebel if that is any help.

I am looking for a sample copyright release form for my customers. I am a photographer and am working on starting up a studio. I am not very good with words so I need a sample that I can use and I can reword things. If anyone knows where I can get one that would be great.

I wanna shoot this street near were I live thats lit up at the moment with fairy ligts and sodium lamps. It looks amazing. Ive tried taking shots at night of places that were beautiful lit up but the pictures came out in such a way as to appear like everything had doubled or like the lights were all blury. I think the effect is called camera shake, Im not sure though.
My question is how do I shoot at night were the lights arent blurry and theres no ghost like double images? What speed film shoot I use and do I need a camera stand and one of those push button release jobbies? Or can you take shots at night hand held? My camera is a manual one, but its pretty decent. Thanks

I know it's blue but is it a GIRL blue or is it a gender neutral blue? I'm thinking about getting this series of phone but can't pick between the black and blue (I'm male).

I like the blue but not if it's a girl color.
