I am from southwest Louisiana and looking for people willing to allow me to practice photographing them. I have a very nice digital camera, but am looking to learn more about poses and how to use my camera to create nice portraits. Would prefer someone that has a little modeling experience and is willing to work cheap. lol How can I go about finding someone? Thanks.

Hello!

I just got a new camera and I'm pretty new to photography.

It's a Kodak Z650. I want to be able to take very close up photos of my aquarium fish, and my ferrets.

It has macro mode, but I was wondering, the camera also has PASM mode where I can change the aperature, ISO, etc. What values should I set it at to take quality close up photos?

If more info is needed, let me know.

Ok my sister loves taking pictures of people and kids and all and she's really good at it. She knows how to set the background. What colors look good on ya and the whole yards. And she has gotten to the point that she has her camera where ever she goes. And takes pictures of everything and everyone. Well people realy like the pictures and everyone ask her to take pictures for them of whatever. How much should she charge??? Or how can she make a priceing chart?????

If you do not know the answer, please do not try to answer or guess the solution to my question. I posted a question that is currently opened about lighting, but I am not receiving the answers that I am looking for. They are all repeating each other and only answering parts of the questions. Here is an example of what I am trying to accomplish.

If you look at this picture you will noticed several lights were used to get this image. I need to know what type of lights are needed to achieve this. I do not necessarily need the technique, unless you are positive that that's how it was done. I just need to know what kind of lights? (Strobe, monolights, or continous) If there are other lights, please let me know.

I looked all over the internet for this poster. It portrays Kennedy with his head down and below him, on the floor i think, was a medium sized campaign banner. Most likely the picture was taken during his campaign and i saw it somewhere on a Discovery documentary years ago.. Does any one know which poster it is?

I am doing a science project. I have to make a pinhole camera. That's all fine, except I just recently (as in two minutes ago) went online to the place from which I planned to order the photo paper, and it turns out THEY DON'T MAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!!!
If someone would please recommend a brand that makes photographic paper suitable for a pinhole camera, preferably 5 by 7, but any size will work. And this is not printer paper, this is paper that I will actually develop myself.
There was one website I went to and it said that you could also use regular film, but I have no idea how I would develop it. Would someone please tell me, if there are no photographic papers that I can use (in the US-i looked on the Ilford website, and apparently they only sell in the UK), how I woud go about developing the regular roll of film?
