I can't seem to save my pictures to my computer. Like, its on the CD that came with it but whenever I try to move it somewhere else it doesnt work.. Or it says invalid file? Why would it be doing that? Is it defective?

I just want to get those pictures up as my display picture for msn!

Relax and unload the Easyshare software.

Use your USB cable to download direct to the HD bypassing the software.

First you load your software that came with the camera, usually you connect your special USB cable, or docking station to your computer and connect the camera to the computer, turn the camera on and have the selector know in the view picture mode, this should start the process. It will walk you through the rest. The quick answer is to have a friend who knows how to do this help you. Once you do it, it will become really easy.Doubt if it is defective!
