If you do not know the answer, please do not try to answer or guess the solution to my question. I posted a question that is currently opened about lighting, but I am not receiving the answers that I am looking for. They are all repeating each other and only answering parts of the questions. Here is an example of what I am trying to accomplish.

If you look at this picture you will noticed several lights were used to get this image. I need to know what type of lights are needed to achieve this. I do not necessarily need the technique, unless you are positive that that's how it was done. I just need to know what kind of lights? (Strobe, monolights, or continous) If there are other lights, please let me know.

There was only 2 lights, both of them off camera and they were flash, probably monolights; the one to the right is the main light; the second auxiliary light is on the left and above the subject by some 3 feet with a green filter and about 90º in relation to the camera, while the main is about 3 feet off, on the right side, and above by another 2 feet

Also a wide angle lens and low point of view.

The photographer has used mainly two lights. The key light is at the right side of the photographer and the fill light with green gel used at the left side of the photographer. Both are almost in equal distance from the photographer. They are 2 monolights with bandor and reflectors. And the light is fixed at her head level or little higher. The left side light seems like half stop under than the key light at the right but it is because of the green gel and the lowdensity of the green colour.

The type of lights are not as important as the use and location of them.

to the front of the car and back side of the model was used a green gel over the light... probably a slave strobe.

to the camera right was a bare flash that was actually to "hot" and over exposed the model.

A third on camera flash may have been used to fill and trigger the other two.

On camera flash with a snoot. Oh yeah, lights from the parking lot messing with the color balance.

Sony's SLTs do better video than any DSLR, but even they aren't a patch on camcorders. The T3i is professional only to security staff, not to serious photographers.
