Can anyone tell me about Peter Houser the artist?

I cannot find him on 'the web', do you know if there is a Peter Houser web site?

I would also like to know the names of some of his paintings/works.

Are any of his painting available for viewing on the web?

Someone was telling me about a painting she's seen in art class, and she wanted to find it again. She doesn't remember the Artist OR the name of the painting. But, she's got a somewhat vague description: She says it's of a Pregnant woman standing before an Oval-Shaped mirror, looking into it, and perhaps has her hand on her pregnant belly...? I don't think she really specified what the angle is (IE, behind the mirror facing the woman, or behind the woman facing her back as she faces the mirror, or from the side... etc)... She thinks it may be a more famous older artist (kinda like Da Vinci, but probably not him). I did about 200 Google searches for different keyword combinations and things... but no luck. Maybe an art buff would be able to tell me what it is? If you know of one that even generally fits those points, Please say the Artist and painting name so I can find it to look... a link might be cool too, but I could probably find it in search... :) THANKS!

I saw the mona lisa a couple years ago and I overheard a couple people saying how it was nothing impressive. I thought that they were nothing but a bunch of brainless baboons, until I began to think why they would say such a thing. In the artistic world, how is does a work of art become a masterpiece?

Much appreciated comments on my website yesterday which will be taken under advisory (more professional photographs shall be taken). Another key to the puzzle of working as an artist is pricing, I have some vague ideas of pricing for my works in mind but it's a very difficult thing to guage. i know that it is partly dependant on locasion but I would be very pleased if people could suggest a ballpark figure for pricing for these works in either the American or UK art markets. (I was advised last night to mention that these paintings are sexually explicit i.e. realist female nudes). www.artforall.20megsfree.com/new

I've always loved him & I own an adorable synthetic copy of his masterpiece circa 1960 or older. The web has so many sites on him that I'd like to hear some more personal expression & info like where to shop for repros, calendars books, etc. Once, while in Honolulu, I happened upon a hotel bar whose owner had many Leeteg originals....wow.. what a treat...my girl was there, too...in 3' by 4' glory! The hotel was the Waikikian....an original lanai style place....very OG. Don't even know if it's there anymore. The owner (who was he?) was known for having these original works but the very last time I went there "Hina Rapa" was gone.
