how do you distinguish it as a character. not just as a visual form? cause various settings and clothing they wear will change the copyrighted image. do i have to include a written description of them ?

I was able to view the proofs online, but it was not possible to save them onto my desktop...so...I just held Ctrl+ PrtSc to print the screen with each of the pictures, then saved them using Windows paint, and in this way I got a "copy" of all 22 pictures onto my desktop. But all of them have that proof logo on them, so it is not like they are real "pictures" like I would get if I ordered them anyway...so I just want to know if it is legal for me to have these saved proofs? Because I was going to upload them on facebook, and I don't want to get in trouble. Keep in mind that I did not have to pay for the photo shoot.

I take so many pictures of trees with my 5 megapixel digital Nikon camera and so often they do not look realistic. They look like a bad watercolor. I have tried every setting. What can I do differently? Also, is it possible to get really good pictures with a point and shoot digital camera?

Three dimensional 3D photography is claimed "too old".
But flat 2D photography is even older, and there is no 4D photography, and just scientific teories are existent about further dimensions.

The camera is made in late 70's, early 80's -- Still Works! I need to know in laymens terms how and what the number mean on the lens, which settings take great pictures, and if you have a similar camera and ideas on how to take good pictures. Also, can the picture use color film, instead of black and white. Thanks

Imaginarium is a toystore, a museum, and a great many other things around the world, the Spanish toystore,( I think they are Spanish) has trademarked the word, does that mean no one can use it? I'm an aspiring writer and although I was never under the illusion that I made it up exclusively, can I still use it? Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I want you to look at the squares labeled A and B in this picture.

http://www.geocities.com/denmarks/checkershadow.jpg

They are absolutely different colors. Right? Download the picture, edit it in a paint program, and drag one square to the other. Have you changed your mind?

This is one of the best optical illusions that I have ever seen. What do you think. Have you seen any like it?

Online, I see old posters that I think are cool looking and I want to draw them, but the thing that seems to be the trouble is that the hair on the people has this weird drawing technique and I can't copy it well. Can anyone tell me how I can draw the same effect?
