Reading her pupils, it appears that they used only one light fairly close to the ground, then used the seamless paper as a reflector. I think the picture suffers from too much contrast, which might be the photographers fault or could be someone else responsible for post production. But the harsh contrast blows out the highlights. (I tested this by Photoshopping one of my own images and got similar results)

The pose is quite nice, so yes, you could find it and the subject pleasing but be put off by the effect.

The image looks worked on in a photo editing program.
If so, the hilites were blown and the colors were saturated.
If not, the lighting from above was too strong and perhaps there was just too much lighting. It needs more contrast by less lighting and softer, more natural lighting.
Too fake for me.

I like the image. It doesn't matter that her body is all tangled up and her foot looks very long in that photo, or that she's sitting on a cloud. Her face takes over the whole shot in my opinion. I like the lighting, especially on her face. She has great eyes and lips, and I think most people would be drawn to that.

Lots an lots of digital editing, I love the creative way it's been cropped.

It looks over-processed to me - almost cartoonish. Monte Zucker would be appalled IMO.
