Im working on an art project right now and I want to buy some 4ft long T8 Blue light bulbs. But I cant seem to find any US companies selling them. I found plenty of over seas companies but im looking for some place to buy in the states to avoid high shipping cost. Does anyone know where i could find some?

Im looking for a true blue light. And i do not really want to ad a film since you will be able to see the bulb. And i have bought some colored plastic tubes to go over the bulb before but they seem to dramaticly dim the bulb which is not what i am going for.

Are you looking for a true blue or blue tone daylight?
Are you looking for a particular color temp?
It is my experience, after overseas military tour and several years in a hardware store, that the choices in fluorescent in the US are more limited than overseas.
Depending on where you are, the chances may be good or bad. You might need to ask for full spectrum.
This site has a color chart.

With fluorescent light you can make a tube of transparent colored "film"... to modify the light [because the tube does not develop a lot of heat as a incandescent light does]
