They both have good suggestions, another thing to add for their ideas:
a. athletes - basketball players, runners/track stars, gymnasts and other athletes doing their most difficult sport moves.
b. animal - cats jumping and landing is a beautiful agile movement.
Hope this helps!!

You could do a person running or the shadow of someone running. Also dancers and people like that are good to draw because they do have a lot of control over their bodies and they are "agile". Some animals can be agile also, for example, like "me" said, cats are agile because they always land on their feet. What's your opinion of agility or agile? Whatever comes to mind sketch it or take notes of it then figure out which idea you like most.

a ninja, because 1. it would be fun to draw (I love drawing ninjas) 2. they're extremely agile, look at any ninja movie (even the one with Chris Farley) 3. Because they're NINJA'S

or a cat I suppose. 1. they're extremely agile, 2. they're relatively easy to draw, 3. you can find a gazillion examples of cats on the internet.

Honestly I feel that a rabbit in mid-run/jump would be very suitable for the word agility. The suggestions above me are also very good as well.

A border collie (a type of dog). Look up agility contests. They're amazing to watch- especially the weave poles!

a ballet dancer (not sure if it´s written correctly) they have total control of their bodies, that makes them "agile" ..or a cat turning its body while falling, (cause they always fall in four paws)..or an eagle catching a fish from the sea...i dont know those images come to my mind when thinking of "agility" :)

a cat would be my definition of agility. they can twist, bend, and run with grace unimaginable to human beings. a particularly good pose would be like the one in this pic: http://www.flickr.com/photos/94283635@N00/1081137781/

or better still, this one: http://www.flickr.com/photos/junku/1295752534/

A juggler, on a unicycle, on a tightrope.

I think this explains itself.
