I havent really had a major creative idea for a while and my musical imagination is so great nowdays, I'm never content with anything I play with nowdays, I've been playing guitar for 3 years, so I guess Im intermediate (forgive my spelling!). Do I need guitar lessons for broadining my horizons or do I simply need to improve my creativity and imagination? If so for either could you please advise me.

Lot's of people take photos of all kinds. ave you ever entered a photo into a contest ust to find out if others like it or not? Or would prize money be your oly motivation for entering a photo into a contest?

I'm going to have a photographer take some pictures of me soon and one of the settings I wanted to do was in a very nice bathroom (weird I know, but long story). She has reservations because she uses a b&w camera with no flash and is worried because there may be little or no outside light. She explained how indoor light is not enough. How can this be remedied without buying one of those huge backlights that are in photog studios?

I was just wondering if there are any artists out there who wouldn't mind sending me and my band some of their artwork (scetches, doodles, paintings, etc.) anything at all to put on our album cover. we pooled all of our money tgether to get a couple of tracks together on a cd and dont have enough for our cover design, so we would really apreciate any work that is sent to us. i don't think he's English, he may be Swiss but not sure, I think his surname began with S, something like Sacha or Sacla but despite many searches can't find him. He also had his own website selling his various artwork. The painting in particular I remember was a track going up to a farmhouse made of cheese on a hill, a cart was at the foreground on the left hand side made of cheese and nuts, nuts represented gravel on the ground, condiments made up the fields, trees, etc. There was also a blue sky with clouds but can't remember what they were made of. It was absolutely brilliant. Everything, and I mean everything, was made out of general foods you find in most good kitchens.

The effect I want to achieve is a sharp, centered subject(portrait) with blurred edges. Instead of buying filters, I would like to do this with aperture and shutter speed settings. I want to experiment with different settings, both inside and outdoors with or without a flash. Will be using 800 speed film in a Nikon F-5 and speedlight. Any info will be appreciated, thank you.
