i know there a better and faster cameras and techniques to take a clear picture. But once you have already taken the digital picture and put it on your computer is there anyway to take out the bluriness?

does photoshop work?

people have always identified the art medium as color pencil for 27 years, and from those people who know famous techniques have mentioned them in my work (I have never studied the famous nor do I use color pencil) I'm selftaught. I'm having a slight dilema with some drawing materials I bought last week. The most frustrating are my Sharpies. Well, the problem is that when I try to line art with them they bleed to much ink, making the lines look to unstable. Then, the regular pens start skip places, even though I bought them 2 days ago...

Well, I tried everything I could with the sharpies, including soaking them in alcohol... didn't work though. And the regular pens I shake them, and after a few minutes they start to skip. This makes me feel frustrated. Please, anyone know a solution?

for example if i am on a bridge and they are in water i can photo them very clear but at the same level or on sky(but close to me) the birds appear distant.

I have many abstract paintings I would like to sell but on eBay they don't sell for much and plus if I even want people to just view my listing I have to pay like $20 then I do put a slideshow with my other paintings listed but still. Does anyone have any ideas? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

I already checked the web museum of fine art, but all they had was a screen size version. I've done a lot of searching and i am really stumped. I am also searching for a high resolution scan of the Sistine Chapel ceiling. They must be out there, there are plenty of places selling museum quality prints. Anyone have any clues?

My friend showed me a site like this once and I drew a small picture, and then I clicked a button and it made the picture seem covered in cobwebs. I think that was the only effect there was. It was free and really simple. Does anyone know the name of the site or one like it? Thanks.
