learn some welding and build your own hand out of scrap metal. Will look much cooler than a realistic model of your hand out of metal.
Do you already have a mold of your hand or do you want to make one? If you have a mold, look for a art foundry (yellow pages), though they probably won't do steel.
But a solid cast of your hand would be very heavy - that means very expensive. It would be much better if you just have a thin layer of metal and the hand is hollow. You can get that if you soak your plaster mold in water unless no air bubbles get out. Empty the water. Then you pour the entire mold full of wax (hopefully you don't have any leaks, how many parts does your mold have?), and let it stand for a few minutes. Then you pour the wax out, but the wax in contact with the mold will have solidified. repeat if you need it thicker. Then you can proceed as usual for lost wax casting. A foundry will do all the next steps for you, but it is probably going to cost you a couple of hundred dollars.
The best thing you could to is to enroll in a metal casting class. They should be able to teach you how to make a good mold of your hand and to prepare it correctly for casting. Then you can cast the mold of your hand in bronze or aluminum.

I am not sure if a plaster mold will hold liquid metal well. You may want to check with someone who does bronzing in you local area. You may need to work with wax as well.

Start with a local search for a place that will bronze work. in the online yellow pages or in your local business directory. If they can't help you, they will know who can in your area.

By the way, depending on the metal, this might be a very expensive endeavor.

I would suggest using the plaster mold of you hands and some fine clay, like a b-mix, make the hands of clay, then add on a glaze that looks like metal. I have seen many wonderful pieces done in this manor. And it is cheaper.
