Nothing of value is free. Any sites giving anything of value free will first earn the cost by selling you and your referrals thousands of dollars of others things.

No i bet it's all a scam. Sometimes when you open the file, it installs a virus to your computer. Usually Adware or Spyware sometimes trojan horse
