you can't fix blurryness, there are a few things which might reduce it slightly, but chances are it won't make a big difference, there is a "sharpen" feature under filters I believe.

Take care of the blurriness before it gets stored on the media. Make sure the lens is focused. If you wear glasses, then use them when taking pictures. If you can not adjust the focus on the lens, then be sure to shoot images that are within the focus capabilities of the camera. Once the original image is blurry, there is not a whole lot of correction you can do at the print time.
If you can't focus the lens and the images you want are outside the range of the camera, then it's time to upgrade cameras. Look at Nikon, Canon or Pentax units with interchangeable lenses. Big bucks but a leg up on going pro.

One thing that might help is to make a duplicate layer of the image in Photoshop by dragging it down to the layer button next to the "put this layer in the trash" button. Now you have a second layer you can work on. On that new layer go to filters, sharpen, unsharp mask, and drag the points over until it is a little sharper than you may think you need (you may start to see a bit of noise, but don't get too much). Then begin to lower the opacity of that layer until you can't see the noise as much, but the image is still sharper.

There is no way to fix blurriness from a photo. You can try using various programs to sharpen your image but that is not always the best solution. You can download a special software for rosterizing your image, but that doesn't always make it better either. To be honest, there really is no way to fix blurriness when the photo was taken that way or the image pixels weren't enough.

Photoshop would be perfect to save the picture to and then crop shot it.

If you have a decent printer you can scan the picture or send it to your printer program and most printer programs have a wide arrange of ways to improve your prints.
