Have you ever heard of aart for arts sake? People who are viewing the photograph as a piece of art rather than porn are not going to care about the size of your penis. They'll be more concerned with the composition and the visiual elements as a whole. So... Yes, you should.

If the photographer is a professional, then there should be no issues of making you feel uncomfortable or uneasy because of how you look in your "birthday suit".
As long as you have no qualms or compunctions against it and it is something that you want to do, then by all means do it. If it is something you feel you might regret later, then decline.

Absolutely, moreso if its an artist such as someone that does drawing. Artist are interested in all types of bodies.
