If it were me, I'd search the characters online and when I find a good picture of them, I'd print it out and use it as a reference. Or if there's no printer around, then just draw with the computer as a reference.

you can use a screen cap of the character that you want if you want to draw them fighting or something otherwise there are many sites with promotional shots of the games with characters. Hope this helped
