I would like to take a couple of my black & white photos & have the eyes in color. Is there any programs that allow you to easily do that? Any programs that I can download for free or download a free trial? Thanks.

You have to use photoshop or something like it. Also your picture must start out in color so you can greyscale everything but the eyes.
1 use the magnetic lasso key and select the eyes
2 them clink inverse
3then click image, hue saturation and greyscale the rest of the picture

Gimp is the best free photo manipulation program out there. I'm not sure if it runs well on windows, go to the website and you can download a version for windows.

Use photoshop.

1. open your image
2. ctrl + j (to duplicate the layer)
3. go back to layer 1
4. ctrl + shift +u (desaturate)
5. ctrl + m (curve)
6. use the curve function to increase contrast/exposure of your image
7. go to layer 2
8. there's a layer option box, alt + mask button (then your layer is going to be invisible)
9. use brush, and brush over your eyes
10. ctrl + shift + e (merge all layers)
11. save
