Photoshop works really well, you can make a water mark with one click of a button. Also you can usually download photoshop for a trial of 60 days and see how it works for your needs.

Import the photo into any CORELdraw program and export it to print,...that is where you edit the form of printing,...WITH a watermark of your design and choice.

Both photoshop and adobe acrobat have functions that will put a watermark on your photo. http://www.adobe.com/
Other programs probably have it as well. Check out your photo editing equipment company's webpage to find out how to apply it.
