blindness is the condition of lacking visual perception due to physiological or psychological factores. So, they cannot see in color, or colors.

People completely blind from birth do not see colors

I don't know. But one thing you need to remember is that 9 out of 10 people who are blind, aren't 100% blind. They still have extremely limited vision.

yes some can-my dad's uncle is blind and he could see the colours i wore
