Hmm..sounds like you are stuck for a theme for your GSCE art exam.
Seeing as I'm not you, I don't know how you feel about it, but...how about portraying the "tipped" rubbish as a dragon, and have a "St. George/Dragonslayer" figure to represent the idea of recycling. You could put a disposable nappy on the dragon, as they are one of the worst things that have been put on landfill sites in the last 20-30 years.

Get across your idea of recycling by using something old turned into something new!

How about a Venus De Milo statue all muddied and soiled, and then a new model of a woman complete, and sparking clean! Get the idea?

You could use something other than sex, but it is the strongest motivator for attention getting!

How about an old car,... wrecked and ready for the scrap yard,...turned into a NEW car of the same model and colour, only SPOTLESS!

In all iamges, draw the first and second items so that they are as close to identical as possible.
The message will get across about renewing!

s'pose the stereotypical answer would be to create a piece of art using only recycled materials. I think its been done though. Quite a lot.

A desert with nothing but sand and hills and a guy with just shorts on putting a beer bottle into a skip marked "green glass only"

Grab a pile of "rubbish" that is recyclable. Photo it. Enlarge it. Use it as a poster, with a slogan of your own making.
