If you have an Epson printer you can do a head test which prints a pattern of lines in each colour and shows if head cleaning is necessary. If you do, and that is the problem, you may need to run several head cleaning cycles to get things right. Your printer utility should be telling you if you are out of one particular colour and that cartridges need changing.

If you have one ink cartridge for your machine, it seems to me that you've run out of blue and yellow and need a new cartridge. If you have three or four cartridges, I'd check the red and the blue to see if they are empty and need to be replaced.
Run a test page from your printer properties to see what colours are missing.

Most likely you need to do a cleaning cycle on your printer heads, although you might be out of the other colors.
