The poster is of an autumn day in a forest of trees dressed in golden yellow, deep red, burnt orange and green leaves. When you look deep into the trees you can see a silhouette of a girl. At the bottom of the poster is the following: " Within you there is stillness and sanctuary to which you can retreat and be yourself." by Hermann Hesse

for airbrushing? I used to paint acrylic paintings using airbrush effects in my backgrounds and I am thinking about going back to that particular style of painting again. It's been almost 15 years and I'm at a loss about what to buy. I have an Iwata somewhere in my garage but I used to like using a simple Aztec. Any suggestions on how to get started again? I've been a muralist for the past ten years painting with big brushes and house paint.

I have loved art all my life and have studied it in both high school and college. I did not finish my degree and do not do it for a living (now a stay at home mom) but I do continue to draw and paint. My husband says unless you do it for a living (professionally) you are not an artist. What do you think? Thanks!

I have been trying to find this sign that I can put up (possibly next to my door or outside) that says: Trespassers will be shot. Survivors will be shot again. I can't find it anywhere. Where can I buy this sign online (since I can probably find it there)?

Don’t know if you’re a Johnny Cash fan or not but one song he sang, called ‘Sunday Morning Coming Down’, has always stuck in my head as a favorite.

Anyway, a while back (the Sunday before Christmas) I was walking my dog in the park and saw a woman sitting on a park bench. She seemed deep in thought, possibly reflecting on her life, possibly trying to figure out what to do next. I said nothing as we passed by, leaving her to her thoughts.

I hope I was able to do the moment justice with this painting, both to her and the Johnny Cash song. Please let me know what you think?
