St. Cecelia is the patron saint of music and a martyr who was blind, and this painting is of three angelic faces or cherubs in upper right corner of the painting dropping roses down to a lady with a halo above her head and sitting at a type of piano or organ. I read somewhere that the cherubs were dropping flowers down to the keyboard to prevent her from getting her fingers injured as the keyboard covering was starting to close. St. Cecelia was martyred for teaching Christian music to children. It is said that she continued to sing while being tortured to death. I would appreciate any information about the artist and the origins of this painting.

What's actually Impressionism, and why do you like it (if). And also i really like Monet's paintings, but i really want to know why he's considered the greatest Impressionist painter, i mean in the qualities of his paintings. And would you describe of his paintings using some art terms, like his tone, and stroke or his other strengths

there is a wonderful artist that has did the "swimming girls" (I think thats what they were called) (female artist) she had some of her art work featured in the TV Show Starting over (no website for show) and I want so much to buy a few of her wonderful painitngs but where is the link? anyone, please Please help me find the artist! I know it is a god, maybe a hindu one, but I wanted help identifying it. It is male, and has he has his hands clasped infront of his heart. He is siting indian-style and is wearing a sleeveless robe. He either has very large earlobes or some sort of earrings. His hair looks woven or lumy, maybe little, tight curls. If you can find any sites with info on this god I's apperciate it. I love the painting and it has a very peaceful feel to it I fing comforting. Thanks.

I have been able to eliminate flash reflection in the TV screen by taking at an angle, but the downloaded pictures are very faint.

I am an artist and I would like to start working with some of the computer programs out their. I would like use an Adobe product, but I am unsure what the differences are between Illustrator and Photoshop. With the name illustrator, I would assume this would be the logical choice, but from what I gather, alot of artist seem to prefer Photoshop. Can anyone recommend which would be better in my case? Please don't recomend one mainly based on price, only it's merits. I am willing to spend any amount of money, but if possible I would only like to purchase one product.

I am making decorations and only place that I found online that sells compressed cotton balls is one website 'fun2do' but when I ordered I was told sorry they longer sold that size after I had paid and ordered the other materials needed.
