hey its a kaleidoscope. it does not change color but there is a colored material inside which is juz refracted and reflected many times through 3 mirrors which makes us see many kinds of patterns on it.........

I miss Keidoscopes to there was even one made by spirotone that you could screw into the filter ring of your camera lens.
Man, thay always take the good stuff...
any body know if thay are still avaliable?
