How can I fix an old photo in photoshop element, if the photo has creases on it?

I am also more experienced in Adobe Photoshop. But below I have attached a link that explains how to restore damaged photos using Photoshop Elements!

I don't know about elements, but in the regular Photoshop there is a tool called the healing brush that will fix things like that. Just hit the healing brush tool and draw over the crease with it. Hope it works for you-
