i was looking at a photography magazine today and i kept seeing advertisments for memory cards and they all state the speeds of them .

but my question is do they really make a difference. Like the kingston is a very popular line but it isnt as fast as the somethign with a "t" well from what i kno i could be wrong.

but does it even make a noticable difference?

I have a Wacom Intrus 3 Tablet that I absolutely adore, but lately I've been having some problems with it. The pen seems to 'drag'- meaning, I'll be drawing a line, and it should end when I take the pen away from the tablet- but instead it keeps going, even though the pen is only hovering OVER the tablet. I've tried adjusting the sensitivity settings and whatnot, but it doesnt make a difference- do you think my tablet is broken, or is this normal? Should I try to send it back and trade it for another one?

Advice would be much appreciated! Thanks :)

I've tried applying for a few Arts courses, like the VCA, but am having trouble getting anyone taking me seriously!! How can I prove to them I'm worthy of getting in? Or any tips for trying again next year? Because I haven't done Arts in high school, it's new to me!! I'm not BAD...actually I'm quite good if I say so myself LOL but yeah...it's abstract..and they all seem to look down their noses!! I want to do Art desperately though!! Or any advice for getting recognised WITHOUT education in Arts???

I have this cool picture and it's like blue and black circles with gray stripes in the back. So yeah it's really small and when I try to blow it up it gets blurry. So I was wondering if someone has a bigger version of this picture or if they know how to make it bigger without it getting blurry? please help!!

I recently returned to some old unfinished oil paintings that were incomplete but very dry. I decided to try using a little oil pastel on them. Is this going to create adherence problems or anything? Any artists out there with experience or advice about this?
