As people try to be more efficient and productive, life slips away and they spend their lives working for money, materialism, and technology. What is the point? Time slips by and you have wasted your life in a modern society without a soul or conscience. Are people that dumb that they don't realize their life would be more wholesome with less stuff and more human relationships?

Movies nowadays just show violence and sex. Cars fill the streets and everyone is in a hurry. 99% of people spend their lives working themselves to death just to survive. We pollute everything and destroy nature. Cities are horrible to live in due to smog and sound pollution. We are alienated from each other and we become selfish brats. We are so overpopulated people live in shanty towns and even the rich eat genetically modified food that gives them cancer. Democracy is a veil to fool people (just look at the 'great' USA).We are brainwashed by the media and we have fools govern us.

Why modernize?
What for?

What prevents anyone from doing anything if there is no "law"of retribution. Don't say law enforcement because powerful people (like presidents and kings) are not effected by local or state police.

okay, i understand persons are trying to get everyone to be a "normal" weight... so now fat girls are "real" girls and skinny girls are all what? fake. In the same way some ppl are naturally fat, some people like myself are naturally skinny...theres NOTHING i can do about it for now and i cannot comprehend why persons would say... "oh barbie isnt real" ... or "noone looks like those skinny models"... wtf? i do!

& that dove real women campaign... yes some girls are "normal" (which in my view is of a healthy BMI) but MANY other are fatties, they are overweight and just as unhealthy as an underweight person... furthermore my my BMI is 18 (which is healthy enough) and im tall and i look very skinny and i am still HEALTHY & REAL.

Because I have had so many problems in my life, there is mounting evidence that there is something rigging all my problems up.

For example, no matter how much I pay, I keep discovering I still owe thousands of pounds.
No matter how I deal with my health problems, I will end up being told that it's anxiety syndrome.
No matter how much I hated the temperature, it just keep gettig hotter and hotter in the summer.
I get nothing but sh1t days and threats against my behaviour.

I have a conspiracy theory.
We are being watched by cameras (in our walls, even inside our eye-balls) so that people can plan how they will concoct another excuse to threaten to call the police and have me arrested.
Our whole life is being planned by the Matrix, an illaberate system of control which always leads to our inevitable fate which will be the most aweful death possible.
Then when I die, God will accidentally send me to hell to burn on the sun for all eternity.

... to the creatures in the lower orders of the food chain, who die for food for other species? Man, household pets, domestic animals and vegetarian animals to not have to kill to live, so why is Life so sacred? (also, vegetables are a form of life - but that's another question!)
