Just as pain is the guard and warns the body if anything is wrong, the conscience is a guard and warns the soul, mind if something is wrong. I am free and at peace with my conscience because I need it to warn me of error that might damage my existence.

No, I always feel there are things I can do better and habits that are not productive. No matter how I improve there seems to more room for improvement. Often are the times when I feel that I am not good enough and that my effort is lacking. To say that I am a good person is never good enough because if you were to ask if I could be better I am able to reply yes, I could be.

Gulliabily, I am at peace. But realy, I am stipulating equality of the sprit, from the theater of this civilization, or the material. I feel that spritually, people are more concerned with materialism, and tip the scale against sprituality, material people are given privilleges while the spritual suffer because of their art.

I believe ultimately it can take a lifetime to become free and at peace. All humans, without exception have something in their mind that sticks with them, that grows and eats at them until one day it is forgotten.

Everybody has something they're ashamed of, but even the strongest take years to lay them to rest.
