Who do you think is God or what? Do you have any image in mind? Do you think He is figment of the imagination. Do you think any religion can define God?

I read a story of a man who could hardly see but, when he was having his room decorated, he said - before the job was done - "I love it!" When asked how he could make that decision based on nothing, he replied "I decide to have wonderful days and to enjoy my life regardless of what is not going right for me." He went on to say "Life is too short to be lived worrying about the inevitable."

We blame the 'day' when we are not enjoying ourselves, saying we are having a bad day. What do you think?

I don't mean your name. A name doesn't describe who you are.

ok, if in the end, all we're going to do is die, then why do we work so hard to earn money, make a name for ourselves, and look for a purpose, the only reason we try to make a legacy is the hopes that future generations will rememeber us, but how long will that legacy last? what im trying to ask is whats the point?

…of Hate, Love (and other all encompassing descriptions of human characteristics, barring anomalies.)

Opinions circulating around, real world and on line, of teenagers and adults not excluded, claim they look for certain qualities in friendship, potential spouse and long term relationships.

Are not the words used in vain by both genders when a persons qualities change: “I want someone who is…

- intelligent
- arms, legs, body, head, etc.
- similar interests

It appears like a shopping list of wanton self fulfillment that verges on hypocrisy:
when the person aspiring to higher standards and qualities are not of that same or similar attributes, what then ?

i.e. “ I want to have a Lord as a friend although I am a Clerk. I am a Clerk so therefore will not accept a Peon (Office runner) as a friend.” So goes the cyle of thoughts when it comes to forming associations of friendship, looking for compatible spouse.

What makes you a worthy hypocrite ?

If everyone knew that there lives would be terminated at a certain age, say 75, wouldn't that make everyone use their allotted time much more wisely than they do now?

If terrorists think they go to heaven ifthey die, then threatening them death would encourage them to bomb more
right?
The reason people become terrorists is because they are oppressed in their life. They feel hopeless and feel that only freedom is to die and go to heaven. So threatening to kill them would only encourage them more to bomb and kill right? Since they think they're gonna go to heaven afterwards.
