We focus too much on objective experience and not enough on subjective experience. We fool ourselves into thinking that our mathematical models for things like gravity mean we understand gravity -- which we don't. So what we should all do is focus on subjective experience, and work to improve our subjective experience. Many spiritual traditions meditate in order to deemphasize our objective thinking, silence the brain, and free up our perception to concentrate on the subjective experience of the moment.
