Honesty is a LAW, not a subjective choice, unlike its opposite.

Dishonesty, to quote my grandfather, "Is like trying to dig a hole in dry sand."

Think on it.

Ten Ways to Expose Dishonesty
Secrets of Graphology Revealed
A feature article by Doria J Buechler, Feb 21, 2005

Summary:
This article explains how handwriting analysis helps reveal a writer's personality and character. Ten examples of specific handwriting strokes are given to support the idea that dishonesty can be uncovered by anyone.

Do you write “felon’s claws”? Or maybe you scribble a “shark’s tooth” instead? These two handwriting strokes usually indicate dishonesty and if you see them in the penmanship of someone you know, consider having their handwriting analyzed to reveal their “true” character. Graphology, also known as handwriting analysis, will determine integrity, or lack thereof, in a writer’s personality. There are many specific handwritten strokes that indicate deceit and the more signs present, the stronger the dishonest tendency in the writer. Dishonesty is a tricky attribute to isolate because of the various situations or circumstances faced each day. Dishonesty is subjective; your idea of deceitful may differ radically from your neighbor’s, cousin’s, or anyone else’s. There are varying degrees of deception as well. I’m sure you have told the harmless “white lie” to protect a friend’s feelings or to take a sick day from work. We all have. But you probably didn’t feel guilty or remorseful about it. Since these emotions will influence how you write, most likely “dishonesty” wasn’t evident on paper. A graphologist studies your writing in its entirety and determines how many negative strokes and traits are present before reaching a conclusion of honesty vs. dishonesty. You may have moments of dishonesty in your everyday life, but it usually won’t affect your writing. However, unless you are a sociopath, stealing a car or murdering your neighbor will definitely influence how you write. It’s the vast differences in attitude that are displayed, not the actions of the writer. Some indicators you can look for are:
a.)Missing letters, especially in content that is written slowly. This indicates that the writer is deliberately leaving out important information. b.)Consistently illegible writing. The writer obviously doesn’t want you to know what he is trying to say. c.)Ambiguous numbers. For reasons same as above. Beware if you see this in the penmanship of your accountant, attorney, or other financial planner! d.)Double looped ovals. This indicates secretiveness or a desire to conceal. e.)Ovals that are left open at the bottom. (Taking the rest of the writing into consideration first), this stroke can be a huge red flag. People who write them perpetrate the most heinous of crimes. (Jeffery Dahmer wrote this way!) f.)The signature doesn’t match the style of the rest of the writing. The writer separates himself from what he has to say. He isn’t really who he seems. g.)Curly Q or coiled lower loops. This stroke indicates a self-centered individual who loves to be the center of attention and will say anything to make herself look good. h.)Letters are made to look like other letters. Similar to missing letters, the writer purposely misconstrues information or situations. i.)Counterstrokes. These occur when a letter is written in the reverse direction it would normally flow. These indicate an anti-social individual who rebels against authority. There is nothing positive about counterstrokes in any writing. j.)Writing that is frequently patched, touched up, repaired, or in other ways altered. A person who tries to “fix” their writing will also go back and “fix” what they’ve done. They will do whatever necessary to cover their tracks or conceal their actions. There are many other “negative” indicators in handwriting that assess your qualities and outlook on life. However, judging a writer by isolated strokes alone can be misleading. To get a complete picture of character, a handwriting analysis discussing personality should be used. Try handwriting analysis today. One page of handwriting may reveal more about a writer than you thought possible. People may be dishonest, but their handwriting will always tell the truth.

Honesty definately!!! Rather face up to something if you've done it than lie and try to cover lies with more lies and eventually being caught out in your own lies leads to more touble than if you just told the truth in the first place
