I read a story of a man who could hardly see but, when he was having his room decorated, he said - before the job was done - "I love it!" When asked how he could make that decision based on nothing, he replied "I decide to have wonderful days and to enjoy my life regardless of what is not going right for me." He went on to say "Life is too short to be lived worrying about the inevitable."

We blame the 'day' when we are not enjoying ourselves, saying we are having a bad day. What do you think?

Its all about perception. I try to look at everything in a positive way. That way, your less likely to get depressed and your more likely to enjoy whatever life throws at you.
