Strangers

When I was a kid, I envied Professor X
Still as I live, inner suspicions never rest
Fake or true: What am I to make of you?
All that they do for me, all the things they take me through
We may want the same things, but life ain’t bring
Enough for everybody: Lose or invite their blame
You smile is warm, but could be designed to disarm
Best way to check mate; now, I am your pawn
Liars and cons purposefully appear real
I try not to put that shoe on because it has a weird feel
But sometimes compelled to, when foresight says
That I used the truth and my plans fell through
Don’t want to tell you how to live your life
I just live life, never claimed to live it right
But to make mines wrong and his to be right
Throw me in the hole inside a prison of strife
If I don’t know it, I’ll never try to escape
Renting not owning; another designing my fate
Projectors, displacers, strategized anger
Pretend like best friends, but we’re more like strangers

A philosopher once stated:

I'm gonna share with you a vision that I had, cause I love you. And you feel it. You know all that money we spend on nuclear weapons and defense each year, trillions of dollars, correct? Instead - just play with this -- if we spent that money feeding and clothing the poor of the world -- and it would pay for it many times over, not one human being excluded - we can explore space together, both inner and outer, forever in peace.

That 'philosopher' was the late Bill Hicks. Does that or does that not answer the current problems the world is facing?

'It's all too beautiful!!!!!'

I just wanted to say I love the world. And everyone in it. And I want everyone to be happy. And not scared. And to see the beauty in everything.

Who else feels this way?

I'm vegetarian, and I must say that I feel satisfied by this decision.I'm surprised that there are some persons, who don't like touching or to be next to an animal and then he/she eat It....When I was a child, even I was used to eat meat, but now I've grown up and following my own sense of view, I think that this is absurd, to eat an innocent being...and I feel ashamed even of my past, when I used to it It..

I have come to understand that all spiritual paths are but created by groups or individuals that claim(ed) to be divinely inspired. If they are divinely inspired or if they were is uncertain, and to believe in it you have to have faith in a human, or group of humans. There is an alternative to choosing to follow others. It is to follow yourself or to lead. I believe that every human being has the power to create their own spiritual path.

Would you rather have faith in other people’s interpretation of the universe or your own?
