The greatest pain, the greatest joy. The essence of life. All the beauty and goodness in the world comes from love. All evil & ugliness stems from the lack of it. It is the most valuable commodity you will ever have. The most important gift you can give to someone (especially to a child because it shapes who they become & if they are not loved they will turn into monsters who hurt & kill others later in life.)
Love is invisible but is seen everywhere.
It is silent but you hear it all around you.
It has no substance yet you feel it palpably.
It is a miracle.
It is a warmth in your chest radiating out like a sun that brightens all that it touches.
It can change the world.

Love is a behavior or a way of being that seeks to realize itself in all of creation. Love is NOT a feeling as that is merely lust or attachment. Love desires nothing more than to manifest more of itself in the world.
Love holds no conditions on the world, but simply acts from a space of wholeness and inclusiveness regardless of any appearances to the contrary.

I'd Love to know the definitive answer.........
There are many answers as 'Love is a Personally and subjective perspective and state of being.'
My best Personal definition would be something like ~
'Love is a willingness to sacrifice something of the Self in some way, in relation to ones 'Object of Love.'

forget trying to do the gooee sickly emotional feeling
try doing things for the sake of others
