Death only comes to those who live. Learn to live. And that silence of life, that serinity is within you not outside. You hold the key to the kingdom of heaven withtin. You are part of the ultimate thing, this nature, this creation. It needs you as much as you need it. Perhpas in end you will find that, you and it are no differnt at all. You have to work to find out. Not just reading. To satisfy you need to experience. I found some wisdom here, may be you will to:

The ultimate source of peace and satisfaction is within yourself. Some may say it's love, or God or anything else but the bottom line is that you make your own peace. Find a way to relax. Find the quiet centre in you. Even in the midst of chaos you can choose to find your inner zen. Take a deep breath. Relax. Close your eyes. Meditate. Tell yourself "I am ok." Life is filled with stressful things. You can't let them get to you. If you are religious, you can pray & find peace in God (however you name Him). If you're not religious you can celebrate a oneness with nature & the universe. Contemplate the beauty of the world. Take a walk in the woods or by the lake. Feel the fresh air. Exercise. Take care of your body. Eat right & get enough rest. When the outside is calm the inside will be too. Do things that you enjoy. Have fun. Take time out of each day to do something nice for yourself. When you are happy with yourself, the rest of your life will fall into place. You may also find someone who will make your life happier & more peaceful. But don't look for this first, let it come to you. Take care of yourself.

Though I don't want to come on as a know-it-all, I am almost 60 years of age and the one thing I have found in this life is that everything will fail you except the Divine. Everyone and everything else is like a broken bell, and will not give you satisfaction; the only thing (or Person) that will result in happiness is God.And you can realize yourself by service: to family, community, nation, friends and foe but ultimately everything you do must be offered to the Supreme Person, God, in love.

The essemce of your being is Unconditional love. You will find In your own heart, the ultimate thing is unity with God in unconditional love as you let go of the sense of self an merge into the silence of GOD. AS a raindrop merges into the sea.

This material body is an emblem of desires. But you can purify your mundane desires by some definitive supramundane methodology and attain to blissful transcendental consiousness. There is a lot to learn in this regard.

The end of desires is in satisfaction but not any where else. No body else can satisfy you, except yourselves. Try to get satisfied, without killing your anxiety - killing the anxiety is nothing but killing yourselves, which will kill every thing else including satisfaction itself.

there is no end to desires until death. it is the nature of humans to always wish for something they don't yet have. it occurs to everyone at one time or another.

The ego is insatiable. You will continue to desire until you are dead.

The good news is that you can divorce yourself from your ego. Your ego is not who you really are.
