I knw where my passion lies and it's not at my current job. I have big dreams and a passion for Dance. My long term goal is to start a ncity wide non-profit dance program for inner city students. As it stands I work for a dance teacher and I'm learning all that I can about dance. I myself have been dancing for a long time. I m in my mid-twenties w/ kids. I want to go for it, but I m not sure the time is right. On the other hand I don't want to miss my opportunity. What should I do?

I started high school, 2 days ago and it rocks!! I am in this music program, and it's only for really good people... Everyone in the program, is like a junior, or senior, I'm one of like 5 freshman.. and I know I'm good, but when I listened to them play today, I was like "what am I doing here".... I have to play with them tomorrow, and am afriad of sucking, the others probably have years more experience then me... But I know I'm pretty good (btw I play the violin), but I'm nervous and want to be okay, any advice on how to get over my fear?? The seniors are all really nice to me, and said it would be alright, and the conductor is really cool about it too, but I'm still scared!!

i think the song might be called "all the pretty little horses" but im not sure. i really need to lyrics to the whole song. all i remember is "hush a by, dont u cry. go to sleep my little baby. when u wake, u will find. all the pretty little horses." i sang it in 9th grade for a choir contest. please help!!!!

I've had Meniere's disease for about 11 years now and my hearing is pretty much gone. Although I can hear the sounds loud enough with a hearing aid, everything sounds like S H I T. Just noise. I've been playing the piano and other instruments for 32 years, (I'm 38) but I haven't been able to listen to music (on and off it comes and goes) for about 5 years. Lately it just gets worse and doesn't get any better.
I'd like to hear your stories.

Take the Kooks, Razorlight and The kings of Leon for instance. Great tunes from guys younger than me...should youngsters have so much talent? It used to feel like the more mature musicians were the best but these young bands are making a mockery of my theory!

I'm a 16 year old high school student. Disney has contacted 10 groups/companies to perform the first productions of High School Musical. My high school in co-production with the local community theater was one of the groups chosen. Anyway, I am going to audition and need a pop song to sing. I'm not exactly the most ideal pop singer and am slowly getting a beltish voice. My audition is on August 25. I need help!!! thank you all so much in advance!
