My country Ghana is 50 years in 2007. To comemorate the occation I want to produce a Documentary video looking at the 50years from cultural perspective and especially the role of women over the the period. Also chieftancy, the transformation it had undergone and the role it has played in championing the course of democracy in Ghana.
I need funding and want to write a proposal to some financing institutions. Please give me a format or a model I can follow.

I need to know how I can increase my self confidence. I'm going to try out for the school musical and I'm soo shy. I have to sing part of a song by myself and I don't know why but I feel like I just can't. I've been singing in chorus in school for five years and I haven't overcome this fear yet, I need to.
