Are there any online resources that can help me learn colorguard flag basics?

I have one week to learn to spin flag, is there anywhere online I can go to learn basics?

Not really. If you've only got a week to learn your best bet would be to find someone who can already spin and have them give you a crash course in colorguard. Start off with a dropspin and work from there.
