It says cape cod on the listing. Is this correct? I thought cape cods were small squares. Also do you know about what period this house would be from? Thanks

Since I was three years old, I would put my moms big head phones on my little head, get out one of her records and put the record on her turn tables and have the time of my life. I am a music producer today and I have pondered this for a couple years now and figured out the only thing in life that I have not gotten mad at is music. (pertaining to your style)

Birth gives way and light to death,
death means you were once alive
Alive with people that craved for material things

My friend and I like to write for each other. We write poems, short stories, blogs, etc. Nothing special, just little things. There is no specific format or genre or anything but, after doing this for so long, we seem to have run out of topics. If you have suggestions for good topics, let me know but what I really want to know is how do we find inspiration for new topics or ideas? How can we inspire ourselves and each other?

For many years I have been writing poetry, stories, philosophies, reflections, lyrics...the list goes on.

I'm not the type to stand up and read my work out. I'm shy, but also think I'm more comfortable reading my work in quiet solitude rather than having it recited to them.

I have boxes full of my poetic musings (typed, scrawled on napkins, written on watermarked paper with my best calligraphy pen- can I do anything with them that might advance me as an artist and a person? I'm not saying my work is neccessarily any good in the eyes of the majority, it might be quite the opposite- but I'd like to give it a go!

My father had a painting by a famous Dutch painter named Pieter de Ring done around 1640. My father is now deceased and the estate would like to sale the painting. It is in great shape (as far as I know about old art) for something 350 years old. Any serious responses will be appreciated. Thanks!

Theres this poem that i received through email years back and im looking for it now. Its about a high school boy who is fed up with life so he clears he's locker and goes on to kill himself, he meets a guy who becomes his friend. when graduating he tells the story how his friend he met saved him on that afternoon from killing himself when he makes a speach on graduation day. I'm trying to think of some poems my class studied in high school. I'm not sure if it was american lit or british lit.

Basically any poems that surround courtly love. I specifically remember reading William Shakespeares sonnet 130 "My mistress' eyes are nothing like the sun" because that poem somewhat mocked every one elses. There's also another peom i remember, don't know the guy's name but he was obsessed with this woman but she wasn't feeling him and he didn't care. He sent her flowers, but she sent them back and he was happy b/c at least she breathed on them. He wanted to keep the her cup b./c her lips touched it......anybody good with literature or poetry please help.
