Was the shrine 'Shrobonobelagola' at Karnataka, India was built during 600 to 500 BC? It belongs to which religion? Who, when, why it was built & how implements were arranged or organised? Was it a trade centre? Whether traders of certain religion took initiative to build? Whether the first Mayurian emperor Chandragupta visited this shrine; if so when?

It is in our curriculum to teach our students about the Salem witch trials, but why should students continue to read about the Salem Witch Trials today? Is it important that we read first hand accounts and why?

I read they didn't like that name for the country because it was vague, too long and unpoetical

Does anyone knows which name they prefered?

Certainly not stories of extreme cruelty or gory scenes like slave captures/ treatment, the Holocaust, war crimes such as cutting off of captured enemies' genitals or random beheadings/executions during wars, etc

My social studies teacher used to teach drama, until they got rid of that. He's explained that mostly this year, we will be doing a lot of things we did in that class, like performing skits and doing big projects. Artistic things. Well, he assigned our table groups. I'm friends with one girl in my group, and the three others I'm not too friendly with on a daily basis. We have to do a skit about why history is important, and our theme is the military. Me and one boy in our group were the only ones talking. I tried so hard to get them interested, but they did nothing and looked at me the whole time. I don't mind taking charge on these things, I love being creative and writing, but even when I went around and asked them to each say why history is important, they gave me pretty much nothing. I want so badly to get a good grade on this project. I'm not going to let myself fail because of them, but I need their help.

i think that those listed above are a sin. i do associate with some people who are gay but i highley disagree with it. if we were meant to be this way - some lesbian woman would have male parts and vis versa. it is unatrual. nothing against people who feel diffrently - but please share your views on this subject.

I've seen some pictures of different parts of it on the internet, and, many of the buildings appear to be abandoned and in a serious state of disrepair.

For those of you who don't know, Heritage USA was based in South Carolina.

Will most of those buildings be torn down, and the whole area used for something else? Or, just left alone?

To anyone from South Carolina,or even North Carolina, please try to answer this question.Thanks.
